hi guys,

im having a refund of 49.99 from O2 put into my account. how do i access it and how do i put it in my bank account. i may sound stupid but the chat room is busy and i really need some help. O2 have no recollection of taking the money off me as i cancelled my order before the phone even came to me by post and i have to send in my bank statement!

It's my understanding that if the funds came out of your bank account then it should be put back in there which can take up to 14 working days.

Ring them on 202 from an 02 mobile or 0844 809 0202 from a landline.

That makes sense. I'd expect it to be paid back into your bank account not into your O2 account.

Then again if you are still an O2 customer it wouldnt surprise me if that did happen...
