I BOUGHT A PHONE FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER WHO LIVES IN SPAIN.MY LAST 2 BILLS HAVE BEEN FOR 88.00 AND 105.00.MY GRANDAUGHTER CANNOT FIND OUT WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED.PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME AS I CANNOT AFFORD THIS AMOUNT.

If she's in Spain she will be paying roaming charges unless Tugo is used over wifi.
You cannot use the uk allowances in Spain I'm afraid unless with Tugo.

Stupid question, but why didn't you buy a Spanish Sim, and use whatsapp or skype to call?

 

I would call CS, but the handset was used and you agreed to the T&C's so i doubt they will take the charges away, but i have a feeling they will remove International Roaming from the account. Bear in mind you will still have to pay the monthly charges if they do this.
