Can you tell me why my billing period is 23 July 2017 -23 August 2017, yet I have £5 of charges from 7th July 2017 on this months bill??
Please explain as I didnt expect the bill to be this high at all

Airtime line rental/tariff is charged in advance, however usage is charged in arrears, so this may explain the issue.
For example, a bill with a produced on 18th June for payment on 2nd July would include airtime tariff charges covering 18th June - 17th July, and usage charges (calls, SMS etc.) from 18th May - 17th June.
