mms neither sending or receiving

I'm new to 02 and have followed the instructions and
Emailed for link to download settings to get mms active this appears not to work. Ive got a nokia lumia 900, please help .

If you are new to O2 it might be an idea to ring customer service to check MMS is provisioned on your account.

Connect via wifi and go into the OVI app store (market) and download an app called "Network Connection Settings". Run this app selecting the relevant O2 profile for your account and all should be well after a reboot of the phone.

That doesn't work either. It seems that unabele to use mms on this phone. Its rubbish, going back to twisty old Nokia n8.
