Unfortunately there is no way you can cap your minutes . The best option is to regularly check my O2 for remaining allowances.

Like jonsie mentioned O2 don't provide capping and I've had a good look on the samsung S3 and there is no phone feature that will allow you to do it either.
If you find that the amount of minutes you currently have is not enough then you can change your tariff on my O2 or call CS on 202 to do it for you.

For me personally @Anonymous its the first time I have heard this question asked. Many people have asked about data capping...but not minutes?
