minutes and voice calls what is the difference

Anonymous
Not applicable

Just been told my voice bill for this month is £136.76 + VAT  aleady and yet when I look in my account it says Minutes available this month 600 - used so far - 235.15 and remaining 364.45.  so what is the difference between minutes and voice??

Also What can I do to reduce monthly costs?

Check in My O2 under 'what I have used' or recent charges to see what the charges are for. Have you used any numbers not covered by your allowance?

Most likely due to calling 0800, 0845, 118 numbers etc.
As in the link above, these are chargeable.
