Solved: migrating sim keeping the same number

i have just taken out a new sim only deal and i need to migrate my old number into the new sim card?

If you upgraded, you keep your number automatically.

If you took a new contract but O2 to O2 you just need to call O2 to migrate the number Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If coming from a different network, how to port in here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

Hi @AJ44

If you were previosly with O2 and the old sim is the same size then use that.

If not you'll need to call O2 to migrate your number across. Guide: Migration & porting into O2
