My phone does not accept pictures so I have a message telling me to go to www.o2.co.uk/m/ to retrieve a picture.  This doesn't seem to exist - can anyone tell me what I may be doing wrong?

@LinH

It's probably a scam, so ignore it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

There used to be a website were you were given a pin number. Personally I wouldn't bother.
