hi just recently got new Samsung was told before took contract I could have amazon music or prime for 6 months then when got my phone was told I was only able too claim melody vr when I did this they said just download the app and it would let me straight on too this after a week now it keeps asking me for a voucher tried too contact o2 with no avail can anybody help or tell me my rights as I still haven't received my contract with o2 by email..

Yea have tried that after being advised that by someone else but still not work it would be very useful as could distract kids with it with things that are going on right now

Yea have done this for the second time will give them one more try tomorrow and then I will might have too think about telling them I want too send phone back and get the offer I was actually told I would get
