As this is a customer to customer forum we are unable to access this.

Please call customer services on 202 pay monthly or 4445 pay as you go (25p). Ask them to check with network services for you.

As a general piece of guidance o2 never commit to timescales for repair of masts.

Do you normally use 3g? Have you tried changing your connection to 2g to see if that would make any difference.

No idea as we are not psychic and don't know where you are or what the problem is, but we do know no one will give you an accurate answer.
If it's on the fault pages it means o2 are aware and will be working on it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Hi,

If your a contract customer then look at O2's Tugo service.

Or if on Payg then alternatives are WhatsApp,BBM or Viber for example.

If your phones unlocked to all networks then look at using an alternative networks sim card as a back up until the O2 mast issue has been resolved.

Seems to be a lot of masts out at the moment, probably due to the recent bad weather. I've been without a signal for 5 days now in Hull.

Sorry I pressed kudos instead of reply (my stupid teletubby fingers on my ipad!)
Anyways, I had a similar problem a few weeks ago with the mast being down and causing problems with the signal/service.
It was annoying seeing it on the O2 service status sites no never having an estimate as to when it will be fixed, but it is understandable as they need to cover themselves.
If your phone and sim have been checked and your account has no issues then it is just he mast causing the problem then I am afraid all you can do it just wait. Sorry
