According to the stats page they are rolling out 4G to your area so be patient and I'm sure they will get it sorted as soon as possible.

O2 are rolling out 4g across the country. To achieve this from time to time some masts need to be turned off or onto reduced power whilst the upgrades are done.

Bear with them. It is normally only for a few days then you should see up to 50mbs download speeds.
