hello, 2 days ago I paid the subscription in the amount of 41 pounds and today I received a direct debit from my card of 41 pounds for the subscription????

Any manual payment must be paid at least 5 working days before the due date otherwise, as in this case, there is insufficient time for the direct debit to be cancelled.

You need to speak to customer service for a refund but to be honest, by the time you get the refund the subscription will be due again. If you can afford to it may as well stay as a credit and pay next month's DD.
