Solved: making calls on mobile broadband

had new huawei mediapad t5 on pay monthly

cant get to make or get incoming calls ? when i go to enter pin 2 default of either 1111 0000 or 5555 its wrong and ive got one chance left, everything works through whats app calls texts etc

wondering if anyone can help before i head to store?

O2 tablet sims are data only and not capable of calls over the mobile network.

Only voip calls using data such as whatsapp, facebook messenger, skype etc.
