I want to reduce my tarif due to low useage.  I have had my phone for 6 months, can I reduce it now?

With the latest tariffs you aren't allowed to lower the tariff until the minimum term is up, so unfortunately not. It changed in April last year.

You could flip this and think about how you could make the most out of your tariff.
