I did not report it, because I lost my sim when I took it out and it fell into the water in a river, that is, it is useless

You will still get a replacement if you report it as there is no other way to verify your account without a sim.

It's good to know the sim is safe from misuse @CarlosRadosevic but as @MI5 mentioned it's worth reporting to avoid any issues when you arrange a replacement.

Hi i need a replacement sim as ive lost my phone. I keep ringing o2 and it keeps hanging up on me now i have no credit.need sim blocking too.hellpppp
