Is this for Google Services or your myo2 or is for your phone?

If for Google you can go through the password reset process at https://google.com

If for my o2 when you sign in it will offer you the option to reset

If for your phone itself, then you will need to factory reset the device and set it up again, please note anything that wasn't backed up will be lost
