logging into another account

My cousin recently lost her phone and i have been trying to log into her account on my laptop But it keeps taking me back to my own account, how do i log into hers (i have her sign in details)

If this is to report a phone stolen there are various ways of doing it. A phone call might be her best bet actually...

@MI5 has given you guidance on access but I'm not sure you should be going into her account, cousin or not. You can't report the phone stolen via My O2, best option is for her to call as per the advice of @Cleoriff
