Try a different browser or clear your cache and cookies but there have been some issues lately with the service.

Hello there @pauka

 

Have you tried clearing your Browers cache etc or using another Browser?

The o2 guru chat is literally the worst thing i have ever used. I have been transferred to recontract 6 times in a row even though it doesn’t work. Yet they just keep transferring me.

@CommunityMember Maybe try calling customer service in the morning. Usually 8-830am is the best time
