Live chat is intermittent at the moment.

If you go to the shop pages it may pop up if available.

The live chat is not stable. It comes in and goes out some time. Usually the best option is to try and go to their website and browse through the products. It may appear there.

Yesterday while I was looking at a product it appeared but since I didn't need it so I ignored it.

Well that's my best option for live chat.

If you can too try calling them
Try the number ending with 4005

My bill was supposed to be 26 pounds every month and I claim cash back from mobile phones direct which means I only pay 14 pounds a month. You have charged me 28.37 plus 5 pounds approx vat. There is also a number 07834861610 showing on my bill not sure what that is

You still have to pay the full amount to O2 before you claim the cashback from your reseller.
