live chat is useless

what is the o2 telephone number to contract o2 reported loss phone on the 02.07.2012 been on live chat 3 times since to try and get a replacement sim each time told one is in the post and still haven't recieve one over 3 weeks without a sim card and expected to pay the monthly charge not very happy about it.

can any one help?

Just pop in to an o2 store to collect a new sim card. They will activate it if you ask or visit www.o2.co.uk/swapmysim to do it yourself

Quite agreed that "live chat is useless".

Thanks for the help finely got it sorted by going into a O2 shop.
