I came back to Korea in April. Because of the corona, I have no use for O2 USIM. I'm going back to England in October, so please stop me or cancel my contract. I can't even pay for it. Is your LiveChat gone? Let me get back to the service team. I'm so uncomfortable.

please

as soon as possible reply

thanks

Hi

There’s are few options on the below post as how you can contact o2.
202 is another option for speaking to customer service.

We are unable to cancel you contract on this forum.

Hope you get sorted.

Hello @MINJIJIJI
Welcome to the o2 community forum
Good advice from our colleague o2Sarah
Try to get in contact with customer services it is difficult but 08.00am UK time is best time to try.
You are better to speak to customer services rather than Chat. Chat is available sometimes though.
Good luck and best wishes TallTrees

@MINJIJIJI

If you want to cancel your contract then follow the advice in this guide.

It's very simple. However, you are still liable for the remaining part of your contract

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

If you need to contact O2 then there are numerous numbers in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is the best one to call ...or if abroad then call  +44 344 809 0202
