I want to cancel a number I have had for years and we which dont use anymore. We dont even know where the phone. We pay via Monthly direct debit. When you visit the help page it directs you to a another page where i found the link I need, https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/leaving-o2

Clicking this link takes you back to the help page that you originally found. It's enough to drive you round the bend.

Is there an customer services email where I can send an email from the registered email address of this number with a 30 day notice to cancel the contarct?

It has been out of contract for the last 4 years and never used.

Thanks.
