Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? will show you all your transactions in your MyO2. Also cross check against your bank if you pay by direct debit, @LAWSY - the payment comes out 14days after the bill date. Good luck!

It would normally be correct in your MyO2
but if you are concerned and to make absolutely sure you could ask o2 on social media here
You need to contact O2.
