latest airtime bill not showing the right amount

hI..

i have been in the chat with a guy for 30 mins and didnt really resolve my problem although he did show me the total was correct..

all i can say is spot the difference for these two images

as you can see the total is the same but on the airtime bill is not showing the 7.50 monthly extra..

To upload images in the "reply" option there is an image icon, if you select it it will allow you to upload an image.

Please don't upload anything that includes any personal details such as your phone number, address, account number etc.

What is the 7.50 monthly extra for?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
