I can’t pay my late bill through the app because it says it’s not available and I can’t receive texts through my number xxxxxxxxxxx because I’ve had to change my number due to not being in the uk, how can I pay my bill?

@shauna4 You’d need to call O2’s customer service team about that. Give them a call - as you are not located in the UK, you will have to use the O2 UK contact number from abroad which is +44 7860 980 202. Please note that customer care services can be reached between 08:00-20:00 from Monday to Friday, and between 10:00-18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Calls to that number from an O2 handset are free.
The Payment management number is 0800 902 0217, a FreeFone 0800 number that may be best reached using Guide: A Guide to Skype as you are outside the UK.
