My bill is due in 31st march but cant make my payment until 3rd Aprl the diret debit is due on 31st but my salary wont be pain into my account until 3rd april
if the direct debit fails on the 31st will they try to take payment againacouple days later ?

They won't try to take payment again. You need to make a manual payment and your phone may possibly still be restricted even after speaking with the team as the system will automatically see no payment has been received. No one is able to override this but if it happenscontact them again and they will reconnect
