I cancelled my contracts and received a PAC number on 17/02/17 however I have just paid two direct cebits today - my monthly tariff runs from 19th of the month and I had no cancellation fees to pay as I had been with O2 for a long time - please can you tell me why I have paid two further amounts in March?

Thank you

Have you actually used your PAC and ported your number?
Check in your MyO2 if the account shows as disconnected, if not, it may not have been cancelled.

@AnonymousYour last payment will always be 30 days after you give notice. This is the reason we tell people not to cancel direct debits until your account shows a zero balance https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774/highlight/true#M56526
