i had a txt to say my tarriff had expired asking what i would like to do, however there is no way of contacting o2 to do this , what can i do

@jamesgale Tariffs don't expire. Do you mean your contract? If that's expired and you're happy with the tariff you're on, you don't need to do anything. Your contract just becomes one month on a rolling basis. If you still want to speak to customer service the numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
