Just moved from pay and go after many years and onto pay monthly but can I get to keep my original phone number. this is an automated nightmare. the sims have been swapped and the new one is working cannot get through to a human to arrange to keep my number. everything I try is automated even the online keep my number form fails. is it easier to change provider all together I wonder. Anyone else having or had this problem

If it isn't changing after rebooting your phone, then call customer services to sort for you
