Good Afternoon

I opened a SIM only account a couple of weeks ago, I want to keep my old number. I contacted my previous network and obtained a PAC code which i submitted on line. I have not had any advice that this is now in progress. The PAC code from EE runs out on 13th November so I am keen to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

Many Thanks

You should have received a text to the number you are keeping advising you of the changeover date.

If you've not had a text, call customer service to chase it up Guide: How to find help & contact O2
