Hello. I want to transfer from pay as you go (giffgaff) to monthly payments, but keep my existing number. In the beginning it said I dont need a pac code or how it's called If it's the same network and then it still asked for it. and since I cant write an e-mail to o2 how can I get that code? and also do I need to purchase the monthly package before they can transfer my number or I can somehow do it all at once?

You need to get your PAC from giffgaff first.

Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

Once you get accepted for an O2 SIM, you need to give it to O2.
