i have no order number or anything

i want to know why you take £30 from my account and ask for a deposit that was ment to be £450 but on my bank pending transactions is saying £480

As it's pending it means it's not been claimed by O2 so it will be released back to your cleared funds in 4 to 5 days inline with your banks policies.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I guess because 450 and 30 is 480?

Anyway, O2 don't have your money so can't give it back. You'll need to speak to your bank.

@SeanB1975

This is down to how YOUR bank operates, and not o2, as some banks such as Monzo and Starling, and Metro reverse the transaction within minutes.

Old banks looking at you Natwest take upto 7 days to process it.

My advice contact your bank, along with proof from o2 that they won't be claiming the funds, and they should return it asap.

In reality it hasn't actually left your account yet.
It's held in a "shadow account" which just reserves the amount so it's available if the merchant processes the order.
You could call O2 to see if they can manually process the order you made or just leave it to cancel automatically.
