Your initial credit was taken to buy a bundle.

Any additional top ups will now show as credit until your anniversary date and if sufficient will be taken for the next bundle.

When you say the top up has disappeared...? It depends what tariff you are on. If it's a £10 bundle the credit gets taken to pay for your allowances. You should now be able to call and text. Register for My O2 to see your tariff and allowances.

The £10 bundle gives you 100 inclusive minutes to numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 plus uk mobiles. 1000 texts to uk mobiles. 500mb of uk data.

Were you thinking you would put £10 on and just use the credit when you used the phone? I.e. xx pence per call, per text etc?

There is a tariff like that but it is not publicised. You would need to call customer service on 4445 to see if they can move you to it.

I hope @Anonymous  comes back to read these posts. It appears she came for a tired rant and left....:smileysad:

Mind you I always think it can be confusing that you top up and then check and it 'appears' there is nothing left. I know we have seen many people who have been caught out with this from recent posts?

you can also call 4444, option 2, option 2 and it will tell you what bundle you have, how many minutes left and how many texts.
