Hey @thirealboss , how are you getting on with this? As it's been a few days since you posted about the speaker, I just wanted to check if you've made any progress. Did you manage to speak with customer service about it as mentioned above, in case they might have any update for you or next steps that you can take?

hi yes I contacted them last week by phone and they said they would look into it and contact me back next day...….but still not heard from them , or received anything
