Did you order all the other 3 sims ? if you did then you would have to refuse delivery of the other sims.

Are these 3 separate sim only sim orders with separate numbers ?
Or just replacement sims .
This is very important.
Sims are usually sent by Royal Mail and posted through your letter box and can not be refused like handsets delivered by courier.

Check in my o2 as long as only 1 account showing any spare sims can be kept as spares but if and additional numbers show as @MI5 says you need to speak to o2
