Hi.....how do i get itemised calls and duration details please

Follow the advice in this link

Please note, it will only show the calls YOU have made. It will show the past two years of calls

You would need the call log on your phone to see calls received.

This is what you should be seeing when you get to the relevant page. (It's mine so I have crossed private info out. The part at the top of the page I've highlighted (Right hand side) is a drop down box which will give you monthly bills going back for 2 years

It will if you click calls...If thats not what you want then this page will help

If you click on minutes it will show you all the calls made for that month. If you want to go back to see the last 6 months you can do that under previous bills.

If you click on the "Download PDF Bill", if you have itemised billing enabled on your MyO2 account, you will see a list of the calls you have made (outbound from your mobile only).
