Hi,
is it possible to get an itemised bill right up to today. I can only get one up to 29th September on line it seems.

If the calls were included in tariff you won't see the detail until the next bill is generated.

Hi @Anonymous Bills are produced monthly so when your next one is due it will be available to view

Follow these steps to get to charges since your last bill @Anonymous
View your latest bill in My O2
Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.
Click on 'what I've used'
Use the drop down box and click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill. Do the same for text, data and roaming charges.
