issue with receiving security code to log into my o2

trying to pay my monthly bill that as overdue however cannot log into the app as it is sending a code to my o2 number however I cannot get service currently when putting my sim in

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
