issue with pay as you go 02 calling 02 pay monthly

Anyone having issues calling 02 to 02? My parents are on fav place on pay as you go on 02. and i am on pay monthly and yet they get charged to call .me

I'd speak to O2 Customer Service after checking through their myo2 that the bolt on is still active.
