hiya , i just got  new p30 pro on o2 refresh and wondered if the phone would be unlocked or locked to o2, many thanks

All phone now come unlocked if it isn’t unlocked give customer service a call on 08005874005 and they can request this for you or you can request the unlock yourself via the my02 app.

Your phone should not be locked.

The best way to check is with a none O2 sim card.
