Recently my phone has stopped working when loading any apps, they shut down and when I try to search for anything on Safari there's errors, has anyone had this issue? I've followed any steps on Google but doesn't seem to be working. Not sure if it's s fault with O2 or not. Thanks

It will be a software issue.
Try a reset by holding power and volume down until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, contact Apple.

Hello, it unfortunately didn't 😞 I tried to go on the Apple website, but I didn't seem to get anywhere with that. Not sure what else to do, still got just under a year of my contract, can you offer any other advice? Thanks

As it would appear to be out of warranty you'll have to pay for a repair.
Check if any local phone repair shops are working or buy another phone to see you through.
