iphone 5 delivery

Hi there

does anyone know when I am likely to receive delivery of my iphone 5? I ordered it about 2 weeks ago.  I havent had an email to confirm this, although the money has already been taken out of my account and i have managed to obtain the order number from customer services eventually!!!!  they are so un helpful.  Any answers or thoughts would be appreciated

May I ask which model you ordered and are you a new O2 customer?

it just really annoys me that they havent even sent me one email !  not even to say thanks for your order!!!!

Some people haven't even had the money taken so at least you know your order was accepted:)

I can understand I'm definatly not the most patient person around haha.

Do you have a muo2 account? Also check your junk mail I've had O2 emails thrown in there every so often no idea why.
