hi there my phone run out of battery last night and i put in on charge this morning and it won't turn back on can you help me either getting it working again, or i need to claim on the insurance.

It will depend on the type of phone, whether under warranty and just what insurance cover you have

You could try a "Force restart" :-

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

In addition, please try your charging lead with a different 'phone and try your 'phone with a different charging lead. I read recently that more than half of iPhone charging issues are due to defective cables, so you want to rule that out as a cause.
