I have a damaged o2 handset, i called 202 about an hour ago and was speaking to a man from the incurance team. He told me that i was eligible for a replacement at the cost of £90. He asked me to deactivate my 'find ur phone' app so that he could process my claim. However, due to the damaged handset it cancelled the call and now i am unable to make any calls.
