I have paid off my monthly chargesfor my iphone and had a 25% discount on the tariff due who i work for. The 25% on the tariff for some reason has come off. Can this be rectified please?

@disc_kb If your contract has been paid off, that ends your discount period. I believe you would have to reapply for your discount.

The discount is only for the duration of the contract period.
