incorrect charges

I was checking my O2 account in general, when I noticed a charge for 54 pence for a picture I have sent,as it is dated for today at 19.10 I looked at my phone, I did a long text (which on my contract id free) to a friend but NO picture was sent ! I have tried to go onwebchat but assume from the peculiar non connected questions, that its an automated service,does anyboby have an idea how to get this removed,thank you

If it was a long text, it may have converted to MMS instead of SMS'

A normal SMS can have anything up to 480 characters. Anything over that it will convert to MMS
