Solved: incorrect charges in recent bill - Page 2

my recent bill contains 4 charges for sending text messages from Northern Ireland to Guernsey. Surely both these countries are in the UK and therefore no charge should be made!

Doubt it will happen then, as it benefits the customer.....there's probably more accidental roaming than people using Irish networks while in Northern Ireland so revenue would be affected more.
