Are 02 able to give me an itemised listing of all calls and messages sent to my phone as well as those sent from my phone?

No all records supplied by O2 are for outgoing calls and texts only. Incoming calls would have to be captured from your phone logs.

Details are available via My O2 for monthly contract customers. P&G customers would need to fill in the Subject Access Form.
