incoming calls go straight to voicemail

I can't receive incoming calls but can make calls. Texts take over an hour to come through too!!
Is anyone else suffering from this?

Any chance you could ask some of your friends/neighbours/co-workers, basically folks who are also on O2 and use their phone roundabout the same are that you do, whether they're experiencing similar issues? Preferably, whoever you're asking would be on the same type of connection (PayM or Pay&Go) that you are.

all friends have iphones...!! just chatted with o2 guru but that didn't resolve issue

They might have different phones, but there could be a network problem in that area. That was why I've suggested asking your friends.
