Solved: iTunes payment

I have an iTunes payment on my account that I which to cancel how do I do it

Open Settings, and then tap iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find and tap the subscription you would like to cancel. If you do not see one, check if you signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Choose Cancel Subscription (iOS 10) or turn off Automatic Renewal.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Access to billing / phone plan etc

Phone no longer tied to my account

O2 Travel (for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone) Bolt On

Error code 14
